A Message From our Adventure Partner, CBF

Elevate is grateful to be continuing our partnership with Children’s Bible Fellowship (CBF) to provide Adventure Learning programming. While visiting CBF our students and Teacher Mentors engage in outdoor, team building activities. Through this collaboration, we have developed intentional adventure and skill-based learning opportunities for our students.

It has been a fantastic school year together. Despite all the ups and downs of Covid, there is nothing like seeing students gain a greater understanding of themselves and grow in community. It was a privilege to see just that happen on your trips to us at CBF. I am thankful for the time I spent with all of you. Seniors, we are praying for you and can’t wait to see where your next steps in life take you. Fall kickoff can’t get here soon enough. See you soon Elevate!

We had another great year investing in the lives of the Elevate students.  I was personally able to participate in off campus programming at CBF monthly where we engaged students to think beyond their mobile phones into the real world.  I was also invited to come share in the classroom life skills from my finance background that are necessary for the success of the next generation.  In each of these experiences, what stands out is the depth of relationships between the students and the staff.  Elevate has created a safe place to develop in the areas most important to the future success of the student with a team who love and care about them and their future.  Watching these students grow to their full potential is a real gift!
